xmpp_setstatus: send presence to MUC rooms before the global presence It only matters (AFAICS) when going offline. We want the presence to be sent by mcabber and not by the server, especially if we're using PGP.

14 Vynutí PGP šifrování i pro zprávy offline a vždy předpokládá, že příjemce podporuje PGP. Pokud nemůže být zpráva zašifrována (chybějící klíč nebo id klíče), zpráva se vůbec neodešle. Tato volba je ignorována, je-li podpora PGP vypnuta.
