Link with the tinfo library
On some systems we have to explicitly link with libtinfo.
pkg-config cannot be used on every system with ncurses,
see discussion in https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=457530#c18
For now we'll use the same fix as Mutt:

/BIND [keycode [= command line]] Cette commande permet de gérer les raccourcis clavier. Pour trouver le code d'une touche non-utilisée, pressez la touche en question et regardez la fenêtre de logs de mcabber. Par exemple: "Unknown key=265" signifie que la touche de code 265 (F1 en général) est disponible. /bind Affiche la liste des raccourcis existants /bind keycode Affiche la commande associée à la touche spécifiée /bind keycode= Supprime le raccourci de la touche spécifiée /bind keycode = command line Associe "command line" à la touche de code "keycode" Exemple : "/bind 265 = status away" (265 est F1). Remarque : les codes peuvent différer en fonction de l'installation ncurses. Astuce : des alias peuvent également être utilisés.
