Move init_bindings() to screen.c, with a few updates
- Move the function init_bindings() to screen.c scr_init_bindings()
- Get rid of the malloc/free
- Add two key bindings: Meta-a, Meta-b
- Put the comments on the same line when it is possible, in order to save
some space.

/REQUEST last|time|vcard|version [jid] Надсилає запит "IQ" до jid або до поточного контакту. Якщо ресурс не вказаний, то запит буде послано всім відомим ресурсам. /request last Запитати "останню інформацію" в контакту (зазвичай, це час неактивності). /request time Запитати котра година в контакту. /request vcard Попросити у контакту візитівку. /request version Запитати яку версію має контакт.
